Our tenant find service is designed to find you the perfect tenant and set up the tenancy before hand the reins over to you to look after as an active landlord. This service includes (but is not limited to):

In essence this package is designed for landlords who wish to be more hands on and manage the day to day activities of the rental process.
Example of fees:
If your property is rented for £800 per month, we will deduct 50% of the first months rent (£400) from the first months rent before forwarding you the remaining balance.
